Congratulations, it's the realization it needs to happen and then moving forward. I quit when I was 21(the legal age back then was 18). I was definitely on the road to failure. That's 43 years now, and 10 years quitting smoking.

Congratulations to you! It might surprise you I was also a smoker - quit for my dad on father's day back in 2012. Proud of you - I bet you are, too! ❤️

Congratulations to you on your seven year sober birthday! It takes a lot of courage and self-awareness to make changes in our lives that we know will benefit us in the long run, to live clearer, freer, more vulnerable lives. Thank you for your inspiration! And welcome back home to the LDF!

Sarah, congratulations to you on 7 years❣️

Of course that relates to your farm notes. 💜That beautiful, life affirming choice you made allowed you to develop into the amazing being that you are, and to be who and what you needed to be to co- create, with Chris, the LDF.

You show up everyday with a tremendous amount of love, good intentions, intelligence and a lot hard work to nurture a magical place of love, a life a beauty and give back to the earth itself and the world around you. I tip my hat to you young lady 🥰 Kudos

Thank you for inspiring me to continue choosing the AF life! Turned 50 last year and wanted my mental/physical health to improve so gave up alcohol.....it changes everything. One of the best decisions for well being. That and adopting more cats.....😁
